🛍️ Returns Eligibility

We do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or opened packages. However, you are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or tampered during transit.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is expired or not as described.


⏱️ Refund Request Timeline

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Provide clear photos or video of the product and packaging.

🔁 Replacement or Refund Process

Once we review and approve your claim:

  • You may receive a replacement product shipped at no extra cost.

  • If a replacement isn’t possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer.

  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or weather conditions.


📦 Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
